Arriving late in the evening, I was given an accessible room. Bonus - a very large bedroom and a very large bathroom. I appreciated the extra space. Breakfast was OK.

The best thing was that appart from the overall image of the hotel, everything was clean and good quality(linen-towels- floor).

A very convenient location, trams run immediately past the hotel and bus routes are nearby. Staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable regarding transport and other advice. The included breakfast was also convenient and provided variety.
