I mean, for a four-star property in the heart of Bucharest, they’ve really nailed that balance between professional and welcoming.
Honestly, the location is pretty much perfect if you want to actually experience Bucharest rather than just pass through it. You’re right on one of the main boulevards, but it’s not crazy noisy — the room windows do their job. The Old Town is literally a ten-minute walk, and you can easily stroll to Revolution Square or the National Theatre. What I really appreciated was being able to walk to dinner instead of dealing with taxis every night. Plus, there’s a metro station nearby, so getting to other parts of the city is straightforward.
The suites are well, actually suite-like — not just a regular hotel room with a fancy name. You get a proper sitting area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the bedroom is separate enough that you can spread out your stuff without everything looking like a disaster zone. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with good water pressure (always a relief when traveling). The décor is contemporary but warm, and there are enough outlets for all your devices without having to unplug the bedside lamp.
The breakfast spread surprised me in the best way — they do this nice mix of continental, Italian, and buffet options that actually works. You can grab a quick coffee and pastry or sit down for a proper meal with fresh eggs and local specialties. The Italian touches are a nice unexpected detail, and the coffee is legitimately good. There’s also parking right at the hotel, which honestly saves you a headache if you’re driving in Bucharest — trust me on this one.
What really sets this place apart is how it feels like a local choice rather than a tourist trap. The couples who stay here consistently rave about the location, and I can see why — you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the chaos to actually relax. The service feels personal without being intrusive, and the whole experience just flows smoothly. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on enjoying Bucharest instead of worrying about where you’re staying, which is exactly what you want from a city break.

Close to the univesitade square, where many guided tour buses depart and the city centre(also the famous restaurant Caru' Cu Bere).
There are also many bakeries and a little food store named "Luca", cheap and very good below the hotel!

A charming old hotel in the middle of Bucharest, perfect location. Large, clean, pleasant rooms with everything you need. Good breakfast with personal coffee service. Very nice staff at the reception.
Great location, really great staff and spacious rooms. On the morning of our trip, we received a packed breakfast because the departure was before breakfast time. Really good service!
Within easy walking distance of most of the main sights (although Bucharest does take more walking that many places). The area felt safe and I was able to go out for a walk in the dark after arriving (10pm) and then again in the morning around sunrise (6am). The entrance to the central parking (Inter) was very close to the hotel - only a couple of minutes walk and I didn't struggle with two suitcases. The room was enormous, as was the bed and the bathroom. The air conditioning was modern and efficient but struggled a bit with the size (and particularly the height) of the room. My room looked out onto the main street but I wasn't aware of noise and slept well. I didn't have breakfast here. I would stay here again to visit Bucharest.

this is very old but totaly renovated hotel has junior suite which is new and modern very comfortable
