Very welcoming staff, personal hand-written note in the room. The room is spacious, good-looking and fully well-equipped, nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was fantastic - large variety, very fresh and beautifully arranged. The location was also very convenient for the purpose of our stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Palace Hotel! The hotel was comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. Its location is excellent—close to the city center with direct buses, and just steps away from a shopping mall, atm and pharmacy. Everything you might need is conveniently nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the buffet was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. An excellent price for the quality I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was great. Like it had everything I could possibly wish for: avocado, honeycomb, rice pudding, yogurt parfait, etc.
The room was clean and spacious. The mini fridge was well-supplied.
I liked the professionalism of the staff ( I received a bottle of wine with a handwritten message from the hotel) the cleanliness, the quality of food, the comfy bed (I slept 10 hours!), it is a great hotel.
