This four-star property sits right in the thick of things — I mean, you’re literally on one of Bucharest’s most famous boulevards. The entrance might seem a bit understated at first (it’s entrance A on the third floor), but honestly, that’s part of its charm. You’re not dealing with some massive hotel lobby chaos here.
Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to pretty much everything that matters in Bucharest’s historic center. The Old Town is just a few minutes away, and you know what? You’ll actually want to stroll there because Calea Victoriei itself is like an open-air museum. I’ve stayed in places where “central location” means you’re still taking taxis everywhere, but this isn’t one of those situations. The location score of 9.7 isn’t just marketing fluff — couples especially seem to get it, probably because there’s something romantic about being able to explore the city on foot together.
What sets Eden apart is that you’re getting an apartment experience rather than just a hotel room. There’s actually space to spread out and feel like you’re living in Bucharest rather than just visiting. The setup works particularly well if you’re planning to stay more than a night or two — you’ve got proper storage, a functional layout, and honestly, it just feels more authentic than your typical hotel box. The third-floor location means you get decent views without feeling disconnected from street level.
One thing that surprised me was how smoothly everything worked logistically. They’ve got parking available on-site, which — if you’ve ever tried to park in central Bucharest — you’ll know is basically gold. The building itself is well-maintained, and while it’s got that classic Romanian architecture thing going on, all the modern conveniences actually work properly. Sometimes with apartment-style accommodations you’re rolling the dice on whether the wifi will hold up or if the shower pressure will be decent, but I didn’t run into those usual headaches here.
The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’ve been there — it’s one of those places that just gets the balance right. You’re not paying five-star prices, but you’re getting way more space and character than most chain hotels offer. The location really is the star here though. Being able to walk to the National Theatre, pop over to the Romanian Athenaeum, or just wander down to the Old Town for dinner without planning transportation — that’s the kind of thing that makes a trip feel effortless. Plus, there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that locals would actually choose too, rather than just another tourist trap.

The property is very well located. A lot of the sightseeing in Bucharest are walking distance from it. The apartment is really nice decorated and is equipped with almost all the facilities. It also has a super view of Calea Victoriei. We also loved the swing, especially that we traveled with our 9 month old

A big plus goes also to the self check-in system! Sooo nice not having to worry about a key all the time.
Considering that Bucharest old town is full of old buildings, we were fully aware that the building itself won’t be amazing - and I’m writing this here so everyone knows - if you wanna stay in the middle of Bucharest you won’t find a new shiny building, all of them are old and shabby. However it’s really great what these guys have done with the apartment, its cozy, clean and decorated with good taste.
We LOVED the big window in the living room and the kids loved the swing. Everything was clean, nicely organized and we totally recommend it to anyone. Come out of the apartment and you’re right in the middle of cafes, bars, restaurants , the vibe in the evenings is awesome ✨
Also, even tho we didnt need them this time - there are AC’s in all 3 rooms which i imagine is very nice to have in the summer time.
