Here’s what I love about staying on Bulevardul Ion C. Brătianu — you’re literally in the thick of everything without feeling overwhelmed by tourist chaos. I could walk to the Old Town in about ten minutes, but more importantly, I was surrounded by the kind of cafes and shops that locals actually use. The couples rating this location a perfect 10 makes total sense because there’s something romantic about being able to just wander out and discover authentic Romanian restaurants tucked into side streets. You’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district — you’re actually living in Bucharest for a few days.
The apartment feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place than staying in typical hotel accommodation. There’s a proper kitchen that I actually used — not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker. The room setup works well whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple, and honestly, the whole space just feels thoughtfully arranged. Excellent cleanliness, size and location. Superb instructions and helpful video to gain entrance. Great and easy communication and a great tip for parking. It was a wonderful stay.

It is an amazing apartment. Huge, clean, comfortable. It is in a center, so navigating is really easy. Communication was easy and quick.
The bathroom has same weird choices (a slide door and a mirror going past the tub), which I would prefer were not made, but other than that, we enjoyed it.
Excellent location in the centre of Bucharest, with lots of space and a super comfortable bed. The communication with the host went very smoothly and we got all necessary information on time and clearly explained. It was very hot in Bucharest on our dates, so having air conditioning was very much appreciated.
The view is amazing, and the apartment is spacious. The kitchen is clean and has all the necessary utensils (including a moka pot!). The apartment has three balconies with amazing views.
A very interesting and unusual apartment in the center of Bucharest. Located in an old building in the old historical center (but a communist era building). The apartment is located on the 8th floor and offers a beautiful view of the city. We liked everything very much, the owner was ready to help at any time with any request, a wonderful experience!

Die Lage ideal, alles in Reichweite, sowohl Restaurants als auch Ubahn Station. Einrichtung super, alles vorhanden. Apartment gut isoliert, außen lärm von der Hauptstraße nicht hörbar.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt. Das Bett ist bequem und das Schlafzimmer ist von der Hauptstraße abgewandt, daher von der Lautstärke ganz okay. Alles war sauber.
