Everything was absolutely amazing. From the pool, to the lounge, to the breakfast, to the sleeping matress. It was an exceptional experience. They type of place you don't want to leave.

This is an amazing hotel and building. However, the staff are what makes it standout, consistently friendly, polite and super helpful. There is a 24hr reception and concierge service who keep an eye on things day and night. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the amenities are as described. This is a wonderful hotel, perfectly situtated in Old Town and I would definately stay here again.
We were spectaularly scammed by our taxi driver when we arrived and when I asked for help with it the next day the concierge was incredible. He did his best to identify the driver, and said if he could he would report it and deal with it. Unfortunately the taxi drivers always park a bit away from this hotel becuasue they know the conciergies are watching out for them scamming the guests. The stories they told of guests being scammed where horrible, and they make it their mission to make sure they keep a look out and interviene when guest are getting out of the taxi (hence why they park far away). If you are getting a taxi there INSIST they stop outside the hotel where you will have a concierge look out for you. These guys are worth their weight in gold and whatever they get paid it should be doubled in my opinion.

The hotel was beautiful. Loved its history. The staff were super amazing- they packed our breakfast ahead of our tour. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet was beyond delicious. Overall amazing hotel stay.
The hotel is Absolutely fantastic. The staff is super friendly. The hotel used to be a bank before and it looks soooo amazing. The location is perfect super closed to Bucharest old town. Everything was lovely . Breakfast was delicious. Overall I highly recommend it

Great stay
Location is excellent for exploring the old town. Close to restaurants and main sights. The design of the hotel is stunning and our room was comfortable and large. Shower pressure was good. Staff very professional and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.
