The building itself has this modern, understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard, which I actually appreciated after seeing so many over-the-top hotel lobbies in Bucharest.
Here’s what I love about where this place sits — you’re literally a stone’s throw from Herăstrău Park, which means morning jogs or evening walks are basically mandatory (in the best way possible). The couples who stay here clearly get it, rating the location 9.5 out of 10, and I mean, I can see why. You’ve got the park on one side and easy access to the city center without dealing with the tourist crowds every time you step outside. Plus, and this is huge in Bucharest, there’s actually free parking right on site — no circling blocks or paying ridiculous fees.
My room was exactly what you’d want after a long day of exploring — clean lines, comfortable bed, and windows that actually let in natural light. Nothing felt cramped or overly designed, just thoughtfully put together. The bathroom was modern without being sterile, and honestly, the water pressure was better than I expected. What struck me most was how quiet everything was, despite being in Sector 1 — you know how rare that is in this part of the city.
Walking around the area, you quickly realize why this spot works so well. There’s this perfect mix of residential calm and urban accessibility that’s hard to find in Bucharest. The park becomes your backyard, but you’re also close enough to Calea Victoriei and the old town when you want that energy. I noticed a lot of locals using the area for their daily routines — jogging, walking dogs, grabbing coffee — which always tells you something good about a neighborhood’s livability.
That 9.6 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen — you feel it in the details. The staff actually seems to care about your experience rather than just going through the motions. Clean appartment of a comfortable size and floorplan in a convenient location. Ideal for a quite stay one block away from the main street. Has everything you need. The host was very responsive and receptive.

Apartamentul este faoarte spatios si frumos, poate chiar mai frumos decat in poze, care nu reusesc sa surprinda calitatea mobilierului si a decoratiunilor si nici atmosfera placuta si primitoare
Curatenia a fost facuta in detaliu, apartamentul este complet utilat, nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic.
Printre multele plusuri as mentiona: sunt 2 AC-uri, are centrala proprie deci nu sint probleme cu apa calda si nici cu presiunea acesteia; exista atat jaluzele exterioare cat si draperii, iluminatul este de calitate si multe altele.
In bloc exista lift, cu toate ca noi nu l-am folosit.
Zona este linistita si izolarea fonica foarte buna.
Ocazional se auzeau pasi deasupra, deci clar existau vecini dar nu se auzeau conversatii, cum se intampla adesea in multe cladiri noi.
Procesul de check-in este simplu si atent detaliat iar gazda disponibila si atenta la nevoile oaspetilor.

A fost aproape de majoritatea punctelor noastre de interes...5-6 km. Gazda foarte receptiva și disponibila. Apartamentul este dotat cu cele necesare atât pentru familii cât și pentru cupluri / persoane singure.

Un apartament deosebit și mobilat cu foarte bun gust .
Locație excelentă, foarte bine dotat (ne - au surprins foarte plăcut electrocasnicele de foarte bună calitate), gazda foarte implicată și promptă la orice solicitare a noastră ( mulțumim pentru parcare 🤗). Când vom mai veni, vom apela, cu siguranță, din nou.
