The building sits on Strada Clucerului in Sector 1, and I have to say, the location surprised me in the best way possible. You’re in one of Bucharest’s more upscale residential areas, but still close enough to everything that matters.
The apartments here are genuinely spacious, which is refreshing after so many cramped hotel rooms. I mean, you actually have room to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your suitcase. The penthouse units — well, they’re something else entirely. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Bucharest that honestly make you want to just sit there with your morning coffee and watch the city wake up. The kitchens are fully equipped too, which is perfect if you want to grab some fresh produce from Piața Amzei and cook something yourself.
Here’s what I love about this four-star property’s location — you’re tucked away from the tourist chaos but still incredibly well-connected. Herastrau Park is practically on your doorstep, which locals will tell you is one of the city’s best-kept secrets for morning runs or evening strolls. The Aviatorilor metro station is close by, so getting to Old Town or anywhere else in Bucharest is actually pretty straightforward. Plus, there’s something nice about being in a real neighborhood where you’ll see families walking their dogs and people heading to work, not just other tourists.
The thing that sets this place apart is how it manages to feel both upscale and homey at the same time. You’ve got all the modern amenities you’d expect — reliable WiFi, air conditioning that actually works, well-designed bathrooms — but it doesn’t feel sterile or corporate. The staff treats you more like a temporary neighbor than a hotel guest, which I found refreshing. And you know what? The soundproofing is excellent, something you don’t always get in Bucharest’s busier areas.

Spent 3 nights here. Very good location, in close proximity to shops, restaurants, bus stop, plus Herastrau Park . Overall had a very pleasant experience, will definitely want to stay here again when we are back in Bucharest.

Facilities are good
Nice big terrace overlooking the city. In a relatively quite area but close enough to the center. Large living room and equally large and comfortable bedroom.

The apartment was very clean, we liked that it was fully equipped with all the things we needed( cutlery, plates, glass, cups and pots, flatiron, dish soap, etc)
We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee.
It has a good view of the Arc de Triumf and of the city.
