The facility is in a brand new buildingnwith security and free underground parking. Flat is nicely furnished with taste, has a fully equipped kitchen and a cute terrace. It's in a very quite neighbourhood away from street noise. Around 1.5 km away from old town, easy to walk. There is a tram stop with lines going to old town , very close to the apartment.
